Guests who have reserved under the Housekeeping Packages, please remember to bring food, drinks, snacks,  and condiments!

Terms & Conditions

  • 100lb/person is allowed on flights (please make sure luggage is not more then 50lbs max per bag or cooler).   Overweight charge will be $1 per lb. moved as schedule permits.
  • Flight times are determined on date of deposit received.
  • All rates quoted are based on double occupancy in CANADIAN FUNDS.
  • A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $200.00 Canadian per person is required at the time of booking to confirm your trip. 
  • Purchase of our Trip Cancelation Coverage for a fee of $28.25 per person at the time of reservations, would allow the transfer of deposit to the current or following year.  
  • Transfer of deposit is only upon meeting the terms and conditions of the Trip Cancellation Coverage Policy.
  • Discounts for groups of twelve or more.
  • Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit.
  • Deposits can be made with a personal cheque, credit card, or money order.
  • 60 days prior to the trip, an itemized invoice will be sent.
  • Account Balances are payable by cash, personnel cheque, money order or credit card (1.5% surcharge for credit cards)
  • Balance of funds Prepaid is refundable upon meeting the terms of Trip Cancellation Coverage Insurance.
  • Rates are subject to change without notice.
  • Pine Portage Lodge reserves the right to cancel reservations for non-payment.
  • Rates do not include HST tax, license fees, or guide service.
  • Flight times are subject to prevailing weather conditions.
  • If delayed, guests are responsible for meals, and accommodations.
  • Gratuities not included. Tipping based on guest satisfaction.
