FLIGHTS & LUGGAGE
- 100lb/person is allowed on flights (please make sure luggage is not more then 50lbs max per bag or cooler). Overweight charge will be $1 per lb. moved as schedule permits.
- Flight times are determined on date of deposit received.
RESERVATIONS & PAYMENTS
- All rates quoted are based on double occupancy in CANADIAN FUNDS.
- A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $250.00 Canadian per person is required at the time of booking to confirm your trip.
- Deposits can be made with a personal cheque, credit card, or money order.
- 30 days prior to the trip, an itemized invoice will be sent.
- Outstanding balances may be paid by cash, personal cheque, monry order or credit card. A 2% surcharge applies to credit card payments
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Rates are subject to change without notice.
- Pine Portage Lodge reserves the right to cancel reservations for non-payment.
- Rates do not include HST tax, license fees, or guide service.
- Flight times are subject to prevailing weather conditions.
- If delayed, guests are responsible for meals, and accommodations.
- Gratuities not included. Tipping based on guest satisfaction.
