HOUSEKEEPING PLAN- 2026 RATES

Flights & Luggage

• 100lb/person is allowed on flights (please make sure luggage is not more then 50lbs max per bag or cooler).   Overweight charge will be $1 per lb. moved as schedule permits.
• Flight times are determined on date of deposit received.

Reservations & Payemnts

• All rates quoted are based on double occupancy in CANADIAN FUNDS.
• A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $250.00 Canadian per person is required at the time of booking to confirm your trip. 
• Deposits can be made with a personal cheque, credit card, or money order.
• 30 days prior to the trip, an itemized invoice will be sent.
• Outstanding balances are payable by cash, personnel cheque, money order or credit card (2% surcharge for credit cards)

• Rates are subject to change without notice.
• Pine Portage Lodge reserves the right to cancel reservations for non-payment.
• Rates do not include HST tax, license fees, or guide service.
• Flight times are subject to prevailing weather conditions.
• If delayed, guests are responsible for meals, and accommodations.
• Gratuities not included. Tipping based on guest satisfaction.
